Slow Jam Workshop with Mike Ward
At the CLARKE COUNTY PROPERTIES TENT: Let's Pick! Join Mike Ward in a jam session for players of all ages and skill levels, but especially geared toward beginners. We'll pick on several 2-3 chord songs with simple chords (G,C,D,A) played at a moderate pace and discuss common bluegrass song structures as well as some of the unwritten "rules" of bluegrass jamming.

Kid's Activites
At the MOUNTAIN MEDIA SYSTEMS TENT: A wide variety of kids activities are scheduled. Specifics TBA. Activities to include Hula Hoops and crafts from re-used materials, instrument petting, music, dance, telling stories,and folk tales, and environmental education.
